Los encargados de estos premios son la Real-Time Academy of Short Form Arts & Sciences compuesta por distinguidos miembros como el director de MIT, Frank Moss, y el director de Creative Commons, Joi Ito, entre otros.

The awards are given based on the final content of each issue and its popularity, and any user of Twitter, with a valid and active, you can nominate and vote on them. Votes are sent as "tweets" from an account.
